Bahan-bahan:
- 175 gram mentega
- 200 gram gula pasir
- 100 gram tepung terigu
- 50 gram coklat bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1 sendok teh vanili bubuk
- 3 butir telur
- 100 gram coklat batangan, potong dadu kecil
- 1/2 cangkir krim kocok
- 1/2 cangkir buah raspberi
Cara membuat:
- Olesi loyang dengan mentega dan taburi tepung serba guna. Sisihkan.
- Aduk mentega dan gula dalam mangkuk hingga lembut dan bercampur rata.
- Tambahkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, garam, dan vanili bubuk. Aduk kembali hingga tercampur rata.
- Tambahkan telur satu per satu sambil diaduk. Jangan aduk terlalu lama.
- Tambahkan potongan coklat batangan ke dalam adonan. Aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata.
- Sebarkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah disiapkan.
- Panaskan oven suhu 180 derajat Celcius. Panggang adonan selama 25-30 menit atau hingga matang.
- Dinginkan dan sajikan dengan krim kocok dan buah raspberi di atasnya.

Cara membuat:
- Campurkan susu dan gula pasir ke dalam panci dan masak dengan api kecil.
- Campurkan tepung maizena dan air ke dalam mangkuk kecil. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Tambahkan larutan tepung maizena ke dalam panci. Masak hingga kental.
- Lepaskan dari api. Tambahkan telur, vanila, dan buah raspberi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Sebarkan adonan ke dalam wadah kecil atau piring saji.
- Dinginkan dalam lemari es selama 2 jam.
- Sajikan dengan whipped cream atau krim kocok secukupnya.
