Alright y'all, today we're gonna talk about one of my absolute favorite desserts - banana pudding!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of vanilla wafers
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix

Tools:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Large glass serving dish
  • Spatula

Alright, let's get started with the good stuff!

How to make:

  1. Crush half of the vanilla wafers and place them on the bottom of the serving dish.
  2. Layer sliced bananas on top of the wafers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and condensed milk until it begins to thicken.
  4. Add half of the whipped topping to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the mixture onto the banana layer in the serving dish.
  6. Add another layer of wafers on top of the pudding mixture.
  7. Add another layer of bananas on top of the wafers.
  8. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the banana layer.
  9. Top it all off with the remaining whipped topping.
  10. Add a final layer of crushed wafers on top.
  11. Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill.
  12. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • If you want a thicker pudding layer, use only one layer of wafers instead of two.
  • Make sure the bananas are sliced evenly and not too thick, or they may overpower the other flavors.
  • For an extra special touch, drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer of whipped topping before serving.

Alright, that's it y'all! This recipe is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any gathering or just a sweet treat on a hot summer day. Don't forget to save some for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of vanilla wafers
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix

Tools:

  • Mixing bowl

To start, we need to crush up half of our vanilla wafers and place them on the bottom of our serving dish. This is going to give us a nice base for our layers of pudding and bananas.

Between each layer of pudding and bananas, we're going to add some more crushed vanilla wafers. This is going to give us a nice crunch and texture throughout the dessert.

This dessert is perfect for a summer gathering or just a sweet treat on a hot day. The combination of sweet bananas, creamy pudding, and crunchy wafers makes this recipe a true classic. So give it a try and let us know what you think!
