Pumpkin cheesecake bars
Jangan terlalu cepat berhenti ya, karena aku punya bonus resep lain untuk kalian semua. Jangan khawatir, aku sudah menyeleksi yang paling enak dan gampang dibuat. Yaitu, Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars!
Bahan-bahan
- 1¼ cup tepung serbaguna
- 2 sendok teh bubuk kayu manis
- 1 sendok teh tanah jahe
- 1 sendok teh rempah allspice
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1 cup mentega tawar, lelehkan
- 1 cangkir gula pasir
- 1/2 cangkir gula cokelat murni, dipadatkan dalam toples
- 2 butir telur ayam
- 1 sendok teh vanili ekstrak
- 1 cangkir labu kaleng
- 1 cangkir susu evaporasi
- 1 cangkir kacang pecan, dicincang kasar
Cara membuat
- Panaskan oven hingga suhu 350 derajat
- Sangrai kacang pecan di atas loyang kue selama 8-10 menit.Taruh di samping.
- Campurkan tepung terigu, kayu manis, jahe, allspice dan garam, aduk rata.
- Kocok mentega, gula coklat padat, dan gula pasir sampai lembut.
- Masukkan telur dan vanili extract, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan campuran tepung secara bertahap sambil diaduk perlahan.
- Tambahkan labu kaleng dan susu evaporasi, aduk rata.
- Tuang di atas loyang yang dilapisi lilin, taburi kacang pecan yang sudah disangrai di atasnya.
- Panggang selama 45 menit atau hingga setengah matang.
- Dinginkan selama beberapa menit dan potong-potong dalam bentuk segitiga, sajikan.
