- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Whipped cream and fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter and microwave in 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
- Grease 4 ramekins or small bowls with cooking spray and spoon the batter evenly into them.
