Quick & Easy Frozen Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Tools:

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Spatula

How to make it:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the peppers, salt, and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the frozen vegetables and soy sauce and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are heated through.

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to make it:
