Quick & Easy Frozen Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Tools:
- Wok or large skillet
- Spatula
How to make it:
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the peppers, salt, and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
