Ingredient:
Okay, so I know I'm not a food blogger or anything, but I just can't help but share this easy and yummy recipe with you guys. And what better way to enjoy it than in your brand new living room?! 😉
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
Tools:
- Large skillet
- Spatula
- Can opener
- Cutting board
- Chopping knife
How to make:
- Start by dicing up the onion and green pepper
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes before adding in the onion and green pepper. Let it cook until the beef is browned and the veggies have softened.
- Add in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- Feel free to add in other veggies like corn or carrots for some added nutrition
- Serve this chili with some freshly grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream for extra yumminess
