Hai semua, kali ini saya ingin berbagi beberapa resep dessert yang bisa kalian coba di rumah. Semua resep ini menggunakan Instant Pot, jadi sangat mudah dan cepat untuk membuatnya.
Instant Pot Chocolate Lava Cake
Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan:
- 1/2 cangkir gula
- 3/4 cangkir tepung
- 1/4 cangkir kakao bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh baking powder
- 1/4 sendok teh garam
- 1/2 cangkir susu
- 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
- 1 sendok teh vanila
- 1/2 cangkir gula merah
- 1 1/2 cangkir air mendidih
- Cokelat chips (optional)
Cara membuat:
- Campurkan gula, tepung, kakao bubuk, baking powder, dan garam di dalam mangkuk besar.
- Tambahkan susu, minyak sayur, dan vanila ke dalam campuran kering dan aduk rata.
- Letakkan campuran ini dalam panci tahan panas yang telah diolesi mentega.
- Beri gula merah di atas campuran ini dan tuangkan air ke atasnya. Jangan aduk.
- Tutup panci dengan rapat menggunakan penutup Instant Pot dan atur timer selama 35 menit pada mode "manual".
- Setelah timer berbunyi, lepaskan tekanan dengan cepat dan gunakan tusuk gigi untuk memeriksa apakah adonan sudah matang. Jika adonan masih basah di tengah-tengah, masak lagi selama beberapa menit.
- Sajikan dengan sprinkles cokelat chips jika diinginkan.
Instant Pot Banana Bread
Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan:
- 3 buah pisang matang, dihaluskan
- 1/2 cangkir mentega dilelehkan
- 3/4 cangkir gula
- 2 telur
- 1 sendok teh vanila
- 1 1/2 cangkir tepung
- 1 sendok teh baking soda
- 1 sendok teh baking powder
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1/2 cangkir kacang walnut cincang (opsional)
Cara Membuat:
- Campurkan pisang halus, mentega, gula, telur, dan vanila di dalam mangkuk besar.
- Tambahkan tepung, baking soda, baking powder, dan garam ke dalam campuran basah dan aduk rata.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang tahan panas dan rapatkan menggunakan tutup yang terbuat dari kertas alumunium foil.
- Tuang air ke dalam panci Instant Pot dan masukkan rak steam (yang sudah kamu siapkan sebelumnya) ke dalam panci.
- Letakkan loyang di atas rak steam dan tutup panci Instant Pot.
- Masak selama 55 menit pada mode "manual" dan lakukan quick release setelahnya.
- Ambil loyang dari dalam panci, angkat kue dari loyang, dan biarkan dingin sebelum disajikan.
