How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the instructions on the package, and set them aside.
  3. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.

  11. On the final layer, cover the noodles with tomato sauce and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  12. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  13. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  14. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
