Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Next, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Crush up dem Oreos into fine crumbs and set aside about 1/4 cup for later. Combine the rest of the Oreo crumbs with butter in a bowl. Once it's mixed well, press it into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool for a bit.
Instructions:
- Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's fluffy. Gradually add in 1 cup of milk and mix well.
- Add the rest of the milk and both packages of instant pudding mix. Beat for 2 minutes or so, then let it sit for a minute to thicken up.
- Crush up about 8 Oreos and mix them in with the pudding.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the baked crust.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour (or until it's set).
- Right before serving, spread whipped topping over the pudding mixture. Sprinkle the extra Oreo crumbs on top.
